Ingredients:

1. 150 gram of rice, brown rice will be even better. 

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Wash the rice with running water.

2. Soak with clean water for three hours.

3. Cook it with or without lid.

4. Filter to remove the rice residue as only rice soup is needed.
